Myntra.com — unethical behaviour and defective product | |||
I have order a blazer from myntra mobile app on 19/03/2019 name invictus navy printed slim fit ethnic bandhgals blazer and received it on 20/03/2019. On receiving the blazer i found that it was defected and is having holes in the shoulder so i called to myntra customer care and the customer care executive took my complaint and accepted my return request and when delivery boy came to take my return he refused to take it back and behaved very badly and was talking very badly and he did not take back my return. I again called to myntra customer care he again took my return request and this time when i called the delivery boy to take my product return he refuse to even come my home and take my product and talking to me very badly. [protected] Delivery boy name - pawan Please help me out i need my money back the way the delivery boy behaved was disgusting and i feel like myntra just stole my money.
