- I have ordered a product on Myntra.com on 20th May 2023.
- The product has been simply marked as delivered on 24th May 2023.
- The delivery executive did not call me on the delivery day. He did not even try to enter our community.
- I have raised a complaint immediately after thoroughly checking with my neighbours and security
- I live in a gated community with tight security and the security personnel confirmed that no body from Myntra attempted for delivery on that day. MyGate application log is a proof for that.
From that day till today (9th Jun 2023), i.e., more than 2 weeks I have been calling Myntra customer care multiple times only to hear the following words from them
"Sir, we do not have any information from our delivery partner yet, so please wait for another 24-48hrs"
The support persons will keep me on wait for min 30 mins to get connected to their supervisor. And that supervisor does not have any additional information and repeats the same words (mentioned above) again and again. I feel like listening to a recording every time I call Myntra support.
I have also requested them to give some Myntra vouchers or even discount vouchers as a compensation. I don't need my money to be refunded back to my account, but at least some compensation can be done, to which Myntra Support strictly denies. They keep insisting for I should wait for more time. And they don't even give me a definite timeline for the wait.
I am wasting hours together on my calls to Myntra Support. I requested for an email communication rather than these calls to which also they denied. So, I am only left one option, which is to complain in this forum.
