Myntra.com — unprofessional, humiliating behaviour by customer care executives and delivery persons

I have been facing unprofessional behaviour from customer care executives and delivery persons from past 7 days. I made an order on 9th, which was received incomplete and on the same day i raised a complaint for exchanging the order. Since then no actions have been taken. They have raised a exchange request from the backend and since than three delivery person have come to my place for picking up the incomplete order but they refuse to do that and humiliate my parents by asking unnecessary questions. 3 fake attempts have been made and that incomplete order is still lying at my home. I have been calling everyday and these customer care executives are being so unprofessional and refuse to give any assistance. I have made multiple calls and all my efforts have just been converted into complain numbers. I requested for a call back which i am yet to receive.
I am not sure how long i have to beg to get served.
