On 17th May, I raised return for 2 items from my order:
Item 1:: Order ID # 1235751 [protected] Ginger by Lifestyle Dress - Rs559
Item 2:: Order ID # 1236034 [protected] Dorothy Perkins Dress - Rs2946
Same day, Myntra pick up agent 1st came to pick up Item 1 for Rs559. But instead he incorrectly picked Item 2 for Rs2946.
But the refund I received was for Item 1 itself - Rs559. I still have an unpicked Item 1 and pending refund for Rs2946 for Item 2 that was incorrectly picked up from me.
I have been contacting Myntra customer service team since 15days now. Spoken to multiple people including a supervisor named Kajal.
Each time they apologize for this mistake, assure me of action & refund. Each time they open a new complaint ticket and close it post 3 days without any action from their end at all.
I am tired to calling them, repeating myself multiple times to multiple people & explaining their own fault to them.
They must pick up Item No. 1 & issue me a refund of Rs2946 for Item 2 that they already have with them. Was this information helpful? |
