Myntra.com — unresponsive customer care. unable to ever contact them. written issues marked as resolved without actually resolving them.

I've been trying to get in touch with the customer care since a month now.

Myntra now doesn't have an email address, or a phone number for customer care.

They have an in-app process where you can "write to them", "chat with them" in real time, and "ask for a callback".

The last two options are always greyed out. Even during normal working hours. So the only option you have is to "write to them"

Every time i write to them about my issue (I had multiple issues with 3 products, relating to the tag not being present, refusal to accept return of the product etc), they just give a generic response to my issue, without actually getting into the specifics.

Once that issue is marked as resolved, you cannot reply to it anymore. The issue is just closed without actually resolving it!!! And there's nothing you can do about it!

There's absolutely no way to actually get in touch with a human and discuss a complex issue properly!!
