I had placed an order of 10+ items on Myntra on 22.04.2023. Order ID of the same is: 123402499768418696501. One of the items of the order was 'Vero Moda women Green joggers trouser' amounting to Rs. 1679.00.
Since the length and fitting of the product was not proper, I had placed a return order of the product on 04.05.2023(Friday) . The agent came to pick the product up on very next day I. E. 05.05.2023 (Saturday) . Since I was having the product with me and I was outside, we couldn't return the product on that day and asked agent to come on Sunday i. e. 06.05.2023. But the agent didn't show up for pickup of that product. Then after, we returned 2 more items of the same order and they were pocked up. However, the Vero Moda trouser wasn't picked up.
Now, on 09.05.2023 (Tuesday) we received a message for Vero Moda trouser, "the product didn't pass the quality chcek and hence return was put on hold. Please contact our customer care for further help". Since then we have been trying to reach Myntra through chat/call help section. The chat option doesn't allow conveying messages other than their prefixed options. Hence, I am not able to use the chat help option. While, on using the call help option, the call isn't being picked and ultimately we are not able to contact them.
It's been more than 2 days now. Since we are unable to reach Myntra through their platform, we are raising complaint here.
This is an attempt to trouble/harass a customer because Myntra hasn't tried to get the product collected, then how come the question of quality of a product can arise? Further, I undertake that the label of the product is intake and the product isn't used at all. It was opened for barely 10 minutes to try it.
Please raise the matter with Myntra and help us with returning our product and get the refund. Also, a humble request to take steps/issue suitable guidelines on these e-commerce sites so that customers can reach them smoothly.
