I have purchased 6 products from myntra and due to fit issues I have kept return for that 6 products. And from almost a month my return is not picked up and I am calling customer service and they are opening a complaints and giving me some timeline and once that time line is done when I call again, again they are giving me another timeline. And at the end of that timelines my return was cancelling. And again I am calling them placing returns. And the same process goes on repeatedly. This is like third time I placed returns and even now also the same happened. Literally it’s a month completed.
They are just raising and closing complaints without resolving the complaints.
In their policy it is written that within 3-5 business days return will be picked up. But this like violating their policy right.
Still my issue was not resolved. As I recently delivered a baby this is really frustrating to me. The way how these myntra agents handling this issue. They are not even showing the concern.
Don’t they have anything in their policy, what to do if they violate their own policy.
Even the manager level persons also giving me the fake timelines which never gonna solve the problem.
I am having all the call recordings and the screenshots of what happened in this entire month.
I am really frustrated with their worst behaviour.
I am willing to go to consumer court and raise a complaint regarding this MYNTRA. But just waiting to know full process.
