This is highly disappointing that entire Myntra team is not able to find out that delivery boy who pick up my Sketcher Shoes which was picked up on 24th Sep 23 from my address registered with Myntra.
Senior associates of Myntra also not able to update about my refund. I have called almost 10-15 times. Every time they said wait for 24/48 Hrs, issue would be resolved.
One side they are saying the your order is under quality check and at the same side everyday I am getting emails that picked up failed.
As per the email received today morning, it says RETURN CANCELLED BY COURIER. I am not able to understand what is this mean.
Just for their comfort they have just stopped enquire about my complaint.
I am forced to take this way by raising my complaint again Myntra after waiting for more than 16 days
I am waiting for my refund till date...
