Myntra.com — worst experience talking to myntra executive. worst customer service!!! | |||
I placed an order on 29 october and i was supposed to get my package on 6th november and i even received message saying it was out for delivery but no attempts were made in real. I couldn't even reach the phone no. Of the deliver agent provided in the message. And the worst experience was when i talked with the myntra executive asking him to look in to my order status. I called from 7th nov till today nov 8th and they've only been giving me excuses saying there's "my voice is cracking, i can't hear your voice.", "there's technical problem call back later" etc etc... Not one time have they made effort to look into my issue. Today i talked with one executive and he was the worst.. He kept on saying he can't hear my voice while he was promptly replying me when i ask "can you hear me?" i waited for half an hour but he did nothing... If there's any way i could talk to the senior managers of myntra he could really lose his job. I am really unhappy with the service myntra is providing. Was this information helpful? | |||
