[Resolved] Myntra.com — Worst return experience for my order number 24227397 | |||
I have place an order for shoes on 8th of Dec 2014 and I received product on 11th Dec 2014 the shoes I received was not comfortable to me in terms of size and fitting after return request I received SMS that the courier company will take parcel from my home on 12th Dec 2014 between 2 PM to 4 PM. on 12th Dec 2014 I have call customer care to know the complete procedure they describe me entire process and I have packed the shoes with return form attached, Now since 12th Dec 2014 noone has come to recive the parcel in between I have write tons of email to customer care [protected]@myntra.com and called customer care so many times every time they are giving false commitments and they said they have escalate this issue to higher management but they are no where in term of service. Last email I have received from [protected]@mynra.com is as follows: Hi Jayesh, I understand, it has not been a very pleasant experience for you, however, I would request you to please offer another chance, so that, we can assist you. I would like to inform you that I have already escalated the issue to our concerned team and you will receive a call tomorrow from our end within 24 hrs. Your patience is highly appreciated.
