Myntra.com — wrogn white men shoes (product received in damaged condition, unused, quality check failure) | |
I ordered two white shoes from myntra. The brown primary pack age in which the shoes were received caused some marks in the shoes. I ignored them and just tried the size. But as both of them were unfit, i placed a return request stating that the size was unfit. The products were completely unused and this can be known by seeing the product. They were in the same condition as they were received. But the courier agent denied to pickup stating that the product wad damaged, because of the marks placed by the box i had earlier referred to. Even the courier agent was satisfied that the product was unused and the marks would have been before delivery! He asked me to contact the customer care and ask them to place a return without quality checkup. I did so. But the complaint was rejected. I complained again and again it was denied stating that the product was checked before shipping and was in good condition. But what after shipment?! What about the transit process?! Who takes the responsibility? We pay myntra for the shipment and thus its their duty to ensure due care during transit. Now they are denying their responsibility! I have no option left!
