Myntra.com — Wrong Item Delivered by Myntra

My registered mobile number is [protected] and my email address is [protected]@gmail.com. I placed an order for a watch on Myntra on 20/5/2023. My order was delivered on 21/05/2023, but the watch I received was different from the one I had order. The watch I received also did not have any price tags or barcodes attached to it. I immediately created a return request on the Myntra app and also uploaded the pictures of the item that was delivered. Next day, I received a reply on my ticket that I had not provided pictures of the price tag and my ticket was closed without my consent. I contacted Myntra through their customer support phone number and told them that there were no tags on the watch and got my ticket reopened. The customer care executive who talked to me assured me that my issue would be resolved on or before 23/05/2023. However, on the 23rd around 5PM i received an update that I will have to wait 48 more hours for my complain to be looked into. I called their customer support again and they were no help either. They said that they cannot do anything and I will have to wait till 25th just for an update on my complaint. No they are not replying to ticket as well on the app. Could this please be forwarded to respective authorities as the watch cost me quite a lot of money.
