[Resolved]  Myntra.com — Wrong product delivered and company is denying replace

I Ordered The Product "AMERICAN TOURISTER
Unisex Black CLAYTON SPINNER Medium Trolley Bag
Size: M" In Myntra.Com Using Net Payment, There Was Offer On This Product, They Charged Me 4, 200/- INR.
The Product Got Delivered On 12th Nov 2020. And When We Opened The Package Then We Realised That We Received The Wrong Product. And The Same Day On 12th Nov 2020 I Raised The Complaint And Today Is 19th Nov 2020 They Closed The Issue Without Giving Proper Reason. I Reopened The Issue And Asked Why It Is Closed, Then They Informed That The Product Which Is Delivered Is Correct One.

Now I Can't Even Cancel This Item Because The Invoice Stickers On The Package Box And Soft Copy Of Invoice Have Correct Product Details, But The The Product Inside The Package Was Wrong And It Not Even Worth Of Half The Cost Which I Paid.
I Don't Know what is next.

Kindly Do Needful And Help Me On This.

I received wrong product and before opening the box the delivery guy went and now you are telling you people delivered correct product. The sticker on the box have the correct product details but inside it was not.
