Myntra.com — wrong product delivered and return declined

I placed an ORDER NO:[protected]-2348803. To my surprise a different product was delivered. I called up customer care at that very moment and i asked them to raise the issue. They did so and declined my complaint in less than 18 hours ( i dont know the level of their investigtion). The product ordered was- https://www.myntra.com/10453452 and what i received was a mix of two products( i had to check ut their entire collection to figure out the mistake)- pallazo and dupatta from https://www.myntra.com/kurta-sets/biba/biba-women-grey--green-solid-kurta-with-p...⇄ and kurta item from https://www.myntra.com/kurta-sets/biba/biba-women-green--peach-coloured-woven-de...⇄

It is ridiculous if this is how they investigate their cases. The product is more thn 7k and this is a substantial amount of money, I want this product to be taken back and my money to be refunded. This is cheating. I dont expect this level of service and instigation is a joke.

Take this case seriously and resolve on priority. Attached is the picture of barcode and if product images are needed i can provide that as well.
