Myntra customer and delivery services have reached the worst possible low. I ordered Varanga kurta and skirt for my mom and they delivered a night PJ set, an entirely different product. When I raised a complaint, they never called back and once when they did, after repeated complaints attempt, they just created a ticket and resolved it at their end without taking any action. I’m fuming right now. They better return their wrong product and return my money. I’ve attached the photo of the product delivered. As you can see, it’s completely different.
