Dear Team,
I had ordered a "Women Navy Blue & White Floral Printed Pure Cotton Kurta with Salwar" from the Brand Biba.
I was delivered a single different Kurta without a salwar on the first attempt to deliver.
I went ahead and raised a complaint and a request for an exchange which was approved by MYNTRA.
Then the exchange was delivered and this time to my utter shock and surprise, I was delivered a cotton Dupatta. Just a cotton Dupatta from the brand Biba.
The bar Code for the Product delivered to me is[protected]
Their customer care refused to acknowledge my complaint about the wrong product being delivered and to my utter disappointment said that they cannot raise a request for return or exchange.
This is my humble request to you to kindly reopen the case and look into this matter. I have spent Rs.1819 for a product and was delivered a product worth Rs799 and above that, it's a wrong product. Why would Myntra want to fleece its customers like that and cheat? I don't think as a brand it gives it any reputational benefit to cheat on its customers like this.
I am writing this email as an extremely dishearted customer who wants justice for her hard-earned money.
In hope and anticipation a quick return and refund.
