I purchased & ordered (pre-paid) a REDTAPE shoe on 30/10/2014 with Order ID: 22153745, against which I received a wrong & fake shoe (make - ALERT) with torned foot sole. I complaint about this to Myntra & returned the product with return request (ReturnID: 2742582) on 5/11/2014. After so many followups... still I have not received the refund... Every time their representative reply with pre-written statement " we apologize... request you to keep patience... give us 5 business days...blaaaa blaaa..." Was this information helpful? | |||
