Myntra.com — Wrong product delivered & return declined | |||
I ordered four products from a brand MAX on MYNTRA (e-commerce site). All those products were packed together, delivered to me, while opening the packed I found that I recieved 3 products similar to what I ordered and 1 product was wrong means it was not the one I ordered. I placed a return request for that requesting MYNTRA customer care to approve the wrong product return and refund my amount but MYNTRA declined my request. I again asked for reinvestigation but they again declined. That particular product costed me 863/- and mode of payment was UPI on doorstep. Order ID #1154622 [protected]. I created a return for this on 25th oct 2020, they asked me to wait until 29th oct 2020. Again asked for reinvestigation on 31st oct 2020 but they declined my request. I request you to plz look after this issue I want my money back as I haven't recieved what I paid for. Attaching the image of wrong product recieved. Either ask them to refund my amount or to send me the CCTV footage of shipping right product. Was this information helpful? | |||
