Myntra.com — wrong product delivery not exchanged | |||
After reaching out to the Myntra customer care several times to resolve the wrong product delivery issue, I am left with nothing but try to find out how to take action against such problems. It started with Myntra sending a wrong product to me. I initiated a return. I had done the same earlier too — didn’t realise it’s any different for a wrong product. When the correct product came, the delivery man refused to exchange it and misbehaved saying first sort it out with customer care as his app said not to accept the product. He behaved as if I was trying to take the product for free. Since then, till now it’s been almost a month, the product has been reaching my address in Pune, and going back to the shop (I guess in Gurgaon), saying it’s “undelivered”. The reason is the delivery man’s app says not to accept it even when the customer care has approved it! Of course, the delivery man gives a damn to behave properly or even talk to customer care to find out why he is not receiving the approval. In fact, he said “jo karna hain karo.” I have been a regular customer of Myntra, but after this episode I am concerned to order anything from Myntra at that address as 1. What if I again get a wrong product or have to exchange and go through this harassment 2. What if this delivery man deliberately harasses because I complained about him. Whom should I reach out to now? It’s not about the amount I spent. It’s about the self-respect and so that it doesn’t happen to another customer. Thanks, Kasturi Was this information helpful? | |||
