Ordered a product from Myntra with some accessories missing and raised a complaint and never asked for return request, still Myntra support initiated a pickup request. I denied twice when the pickup person came. I had another pickup pending from Cilory. So when again this person came, I asked him whether he is from Cilory to which he replied Yes and I handed over the product to him. Since then I am following up with Pickup executive, Myntra support without any resolution. Myntra lost my high valued product and are ready to either trace it back or provide any compensation. Worse, they keep closing the query without providing any resolution. I had to explain the same thing to all the executive who call and have almost stopped picking anymore considering they dont have any resolution to my issue. Its the pickup party, reseller and Myntra at fault, why should I bear the loss here? Was this information helpful? |
