Myntra.com — wrong product received and the return guy is not taking those back

Hello. This is akanksha. I received absolutely wrong parcel on 13.08.18. The items received are someone else's order and when i asked for return the return guy cannot accept it as it is not the same as in the picture or the order placed by me. I just want my ordered stuff to reach me asap and the wrong items received by me to be taken away. This is pathetic on your side and i am highly disappointed by your team which packs the goods for your so called valued customers.

Need an early response.

Ordered a pair of jeans worth Rs800. Instead a black top from Tokyo Talkies was delivered worth Rs400 to us and the delivery person also refused to accept it back and asked to contact Myntra staff but so far I feel complaining is just a dead end.
