Myntra.com — wrong product received, no return and refund initiated | |||
I had ordered h&m sweater from myntra, however i got a wrong product and i had called customer care which asked me to mail photo, bill to the [protected]@myntra.com on 4th jan 2020. I got a mail stating that i will reverted in 48 hours then another mail stating another 48 hours are needed. Now there is reply and then i got sms stating my return is on hold since the quality check is not approved. The pickup is still pending since the person refuse to pick the return so how is return on hold and secondly there is no reply from myntra even after sending reminders. It's been pending since 4th jan almost 2 weeks. Was this information helpful? | |||
