Myntra.com — wrong product sent. refund denied. | |||||
I had ordered white printed socks but got plain blue and black socks of cheap quality. Now Myntra is not accepting returns due to their policy for socks that final product may vary in colour. Mind you this is not variation but all together a different and cheap quality product!!! This is nothing but fleecing customers. The packing is intact and not even opened. This is gross negligence of their part and why should a customer be required to pay for getting wrong product???!!! How do one order socks online through Myntra if this weird policy is followed???!!! Hello, i ordered a JBL headphone in myntra, their delivery is fine but the thing is i have received an empty Headphone case without headset & the seal is broken, i think their affiliate partner ( elixirnet ) they sold the product actually, they have PURPOSELY done that, as a customer this the first time im getting this issue from myntra.

I want to return the product I purchased from Myntra.
No one is responding on call despite my many attempts.
At least let me know about the status.
This is highly unprofessional. I have wasted my whole day doing it.
Myntra guys are simply unreachable.
Worst service!
Please look into this asap.
