Myntra.com — Wrong product shipped and after numerous attempts to return the product,product not picked up

Ordered for a saree originally of M.r.p Rs.1595 but shipped a different saree with M.r.p rs.1495, so now when i want to return the product, myntra is unable to pick my product due to wrong details of saree as the details dont match with the originally ordered saree, they have assured me refund but has done nothing till date, a almost 20 days now, evertime i call they say, the issue is being forwarded to the concerned team, order related to mobile no.
