I ordered a Fossil watch on Myntra on 22 July . But they sent me a different Invictus product . I have raised complaints with Myntra customer care to help me by either pickup/ replacement/refund of the product but they have not at all helped me here.
I have called them every day for one Week.
Initially they mentioned that the pickup approval has been done from Myntra side but when the delivery boy came at my doorstep for pickup he used to say that he hasn't received any approval from the vendor side. This happened on 24 July. Every time I had to call Myntra and wait on hold for long hours then the pickup request used to get scheduled but was never successful.
Further I escalated this issue with every customer care representative but they again said we have approval but again the delivery boy said he hasn't got approval.
Since last 4 days this issue went to the case manager and they had done a re-investigation and I have dropped my tweet and complaint on consumer help against myntra . And every time I receive a message on twitter A case manager will call you today but they are not contacting me .
But this is wrong. I am still suffering with wrong product. The vendor has mislead Myntra. I have received the wrong product at my end. And I want a refund at the earliest or be replaced by the correct product.
Now Myntra says that they say that there is no further process. I Am waiting lst
Everyday a senior executive is saying today you will receive the update otherwise we will pickup the product without any inquiry. Everyday they are giving me seruity of the update but still not received any update .
