I ordered a peice of suit from Myntra app on 1st March. I tried the same on 8th March and put in a request for return as I did not like the product. I order another product, let’s call this product A. I ordered a product A in exchange of the first product. The exchange was done and product delivered on 9th March. I noticed that the product A was missing a piece of clothing, I put in another exchange request. I was not aware that first a complaint needs to be raised for the same and then an exchange will happen. Now, the delivery person came to exchange but rejected the request because he said first a complaint needs to be lodged. As told, I lodged a complaint and I was told that the company has approved the request for exchange, but I was not informed about this timely. Nor was I informed by the delivery person before coming for the exchange pickup. When the delivery person came this time I was not available at my house because I am a working woman and cannot sit at house all day waiting for a product to be exchanged. As this was the third time delivery attempt, and this failed. The product was returned back to the warehouse, without informing me that the exchange is not happening now due to this. Then I again called the customer care, and they said they will ship this again. Now this was shipped again, and the delivery attempted on 19th March without informing me again. I asked the delivery person to come in the evening but he said no he will come next day. In addition to this the delivery person asked me that is this the same product which was incomplete, I told him yes as this was not picked up yet. The delivery person told me he will not pick this up. I said it is already approved. Then on 20th March I again received a notification that the delivery attempt failed due to wrong product being exchanged. I called the person and told him this is approved, still he did not take this back. And this was marked failed without even discussing with me or contacting me. Now I again called the customer care on 20th March and asked them to deliver the product on the same day. But they said it will be approved and delivered on 21st March. But since 20th of March there is no response on the Myntra app, and they are not giving me any resolution when I am trying to call the customer care. My money is with the company from last 22 days and I don’t have a product that I can use, this is haggling and looting in the best possible way. Take the money from the customer and give a faulty product. What can the customer do? Keep calling us, well we will put this on hold and let it drop.
I need a resolution from the company for being harassed for the last 2 weeks without a resolution in sight. I have spent hours calling them to no resolve. Was this information helpful? |
