[Resolved] Myntra.com — amount debited from account twice but not refunded | |||
I try to place an order on 31 march 2019 of 1628 inr, amount debited twice but order not placed. Then as per policy i wait for 7-10 days but no amount refunded. I loadge a complaint both in bank and on myntra. Bank give me confirmation mail with transaction number that myntra received amount on 2 april instead of 31 march. Every time i try to contact with customer care, they says no amount is received by us. It seems like i lost my money because myntra is not resolving my issue. They gave me same excuse every time to wait for 48 hrs but not ever taking my problem seriously. 3256 in is small amount for big site like myntra but not for us. We earn whole not not to waste money like this. I am not gona use this fake and cheater site again. They do such kind of things with customer who shop on regular basis from them and earn a large profit by delivering no service no product to customer. I just want my money back. May 16, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved There is no help or call from myntra.Bank has taken action and mailed for that. And after that I got my refund Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

I lodge complaint many times and every time they said wait for 48 hrs. And after that the close the complaint without informing me and without my consent. From last 35 days I am in regular touch with customer service and provide them each and every proof of successful payment but they ignore my complaint
