[Resolved] Myntra.com — Been two months, refund not processed | |||||
I returned a Fort Collins black quilted jacket from Myntra on 23/12/2016 Order Number:[protected]-7634601. Myntra says they have initiated the refund of Rs. 1462.45 on the same day, but I have not got in in my account yet. I paid through debit card. I have been contacting throughout, so many calls n emails I have sent, but they give response after a week, with useless delays and details. They gave me the ARN number which the bank said is useless for tracking anything, when they promised to give the UTR number first(which they did not give) that might have helped to track. They even asked for screenshot of bank statement as proof, (after which they said they will initiate refund again), I did, but still I have not got any refund or response. They have been holding my money for two months now, and still I received email to wait again despite every detail given. I even warned them about complaining further but again and again they are providing me with the screenshot of their refund initiation, which does not even have the bank reference number(null), which is useless to me and to the bank.
