I hv to return an item from myntra... They hv send me the faded product instead of getting help from myntra they simply blocked my account.. Without any reason... I hv to return an item worth rupees 4529... They hv send me some old stock... When i ask to return it they simply says ur account is suspended and we don't accept any return or exchange,... It's has 30 days exchange policy.. But they simply declined to help

Atleast myntra should give the reason why they not create a return of my item...they should clear all the transaction then only after blocked it..firstly they committed ok create a return now then declined that they will not do anything..I hv all the mail of commitment that they hv given me to create a return
