I have ordered a black forever new dress on 22dec and it was to be delivered on 30 dec and i had to fly back out of the city on 4th, i never received that dress, i spoke to the customer care and they had no idea what to do. The dress wasn't even been shipped so i asked to change the address to mumbai but they didn't even do that, in spite of that i made arrangements for that dress to arrive out of city myself but on 5th december, myntra cancelled my dress. They took 13days to tell me we are cancelling the dress after i suffered so much and i shopped from myntra more than 15k. I ordered that dress for my birthday. They have surely lost one loyal customer of theirs.
