I have requested for exchange of my dress.The message came that it will be delivered within a week.even the messeges are coming that the product will be delivered today but they dont come.And at the end of the day messeges came that unsuccessful delivery.since last three days i am facing this problem.Please solve my problem ASAP otherwise please dont appoint this kind of employees.irritated i am becuse of your service.

Hi Team,

I made a return request for order[protected]-5222001), item[protected] and my package is yet not picked up by the agent.
I don't need the product as it was dirty and not made up of good fabric.

Request you to please take it back asap so i can get back my money.
