Did not receive my order no.[protected]-8081803 for 4 shirts. mOney already paid.
It was ordered on 3rd Jan, expected to receive by 10th Jan.
Then they changed date to 12th Jan, and then made 16th Jan.
The date shown in website is 12th Jan but I have not received my order. Also the website mentions it has been in Bangalore since 10th Jan.
Today is 16th and I have no update of my order.
I called to customer care and no results.

Recvd defective top, escalated issue to the team immediately..n got response dt dey v done quality check n top cnt b exchanged..highly dissapointed...dey fool customer ..i[censored] l buy during sale, you l get defective products..( please find pic attached of defective top)

I had a few orders worth 6k+ ordered on a sale day from Myntra.

i selected card on delivery, however when the delivery guy reached home, he didnt have a card machine. and He said since he is from third party courier he cant even come back later with a card machine.

So I had to cancel the order or pay in cash in this cash crunch season.

The product was ordered on 20th of dec. 2016 and return was made on 25 th dec successfully. however the refund has not been made till date and i have send the bank statement to myntra.
