Myntra.com — frustrating shopping experience. and they have no way where customer can raise their complaint | |||
Order details: Placed on: 27 dec 2018 Order no:[protected]-7097501 This was the second time, order got delayed and got cancelled. And there was no communication around it. This was really frustrating experience. I've no updates regarding my order. And whenever i called customer service, they simply raises the complain and still there was no updates regarding it. They told me that i will receive the updates in 48 hours and in next couple of hours i got the msg which was saying the order got cancelled. I ordered on 27th of december and today is 15th jan in the mean time myntra has changed the delivery date thrice still they didn't deliver the parcel. They took 20days and after that they updated me that we couldn't deliver the product which was really frustrating. After that i called myntra service to launch a complain but they simply dont have that mechanism. They didnt provided me email address to lauch the complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||

One month ago I received wrong product one jack Jones jeans and one levies jeans almost price 53 hundred .I shipped on Delhi address one month after I don't get refund .. please help me
