Myntra.com — got defective product during sell on myntra | |||||
Hi Team i have made a purchased of my product from Myntra.com delivered on 10th oct and i got a defectrive and usable product.The shoes are in dirty condition and teared from one side.Regarding the same i have called 8-9times customer care they also create a exchange for the same and delivery man came to my address 6 times and refused to exchange the product because product was defective. the same answer always i got from CSR and delivery man that CSR used to tell me the same thing that We have sent approval to the agent and your product will be exchanged and i am getting the same answer from last 3 weeks. and delivery man used to say that we did not get any approval regarding your defective product so we can't accept it.
