I am a customer of yours and i ordered a product for my father from your site on 24 september 2017. It showed that it would deliver to me on 11th october, so i waited but after this long of waiting time i saw that my order is being cancelled, i didnt cancelled it. So kindly look into this matter and deliver my product before diwali. Please splve this issue.

I can'nt receive my exchange product as the ekart delievery even can't contact me and i recieved a msg that they can't make contact with me n deliever tommorow n again next day there is no call from them what should i do?
