Myntra.com — item not delivered and showing that it is delivered

I ordered 3 items, out of which 2 items inspite of receiving the message that my package is out for delivery, i wasn't even contacted and before i could do anything i received a message that my package was delivered. When i tried to call the agent, he repeatedly said that he would deliver me the product, but of no avail. It was supposed to reach me by 28th july but i still don't have any clue

I ordered a shirt couple of weeks ago. It is not delivered yet. You promise us a delivery date you won't stick to it when I call your customer service they ask for a 72 hours time. But they never resolve and besides that you keep on posting your offers. This is horrible and very unprofessional experience I had with you
