[Resolved]  Myntra.com — item not received but the status on my app says that it is delivered

I ordered us polo boxers along with other three items in the same order.
Each item in the order was delivered on different dates. The missing us polo boxer item was claimed to be delivered on 25th july 2019 but never received by any. I checked in my company mail room twice. Called customer care but they didn't respond properly and insisted that mistake was from my side.

Didn't expect this kind of customer service from myntra. This will be my last order from myntra if this issue is not resolved.

I need complete refund or the item to be delivered properly.

Called customer care but they didn't respond properly. Please do the needful immediately.
