Myntra.com — kurta: 2 wrong products were delivered to me | |||
I have ordered 14 products from Myntra.Out of 14 products, 2 products delivered to me was wrong.I raised a complaint for this on 25th Feb and have been asked to wait for 72 hours.After waiting for the specified time frame when I called to the customer care, everytime I have been asked to wait for 24 hours.After waiting for 10 days when I called to Myntra I have been informed that the request is declined and when I asked for reason no proper reason was provided.Again I raised a new complaint on 6th March and till now I am waiting to get it reaolved.Every it is me only who keeps calling an asking for the updates I believe it should be myntra responsibility aa well to provide an update to customer if you are not meeting your deadlines.
