Myntra.com — my myntra credit expired | |||
I purchased 4000 myntra gift card one year back, that time i called the customer care ask about the validity. They informed me that if i will add that gift card to myntra the i can use any time if i will not add to myntra account then it will expired in one year. Now the customer care is saying that will expire in one month if you have added to the myntra count also. I have unused rs1724 was in my account. Neither they are interested to return that money to my bank account. Was this information helpful? | |||

My previous myntra credit expire date 16 sep 20 then I got mail from myntra your expiry date extended to Dec 20 . And they expire my credit on previous date. Plz help me

My myntra credits of about Rs 2000 has expired without any prior notice by myntra on mail. Please extend my expire date so that I can redeem what's mine.
Second is convinience charges of 149 rs due to order returns. What a person should do if the product ordered were of poor quality. Imposing such fees on customer without even any prior notice that's for not providing a good quality product is not appreciable
Please solve these issues and be a costumer friendly organisation. I will be thankful to myntra customer care team for this.
