[Resolved]  Myntra.com — my return is not accepted because of price tag is pasted on the packet and not attached with the dupatta.

I have purchased one dupatta " Satrani Red woven Design Banarasi Dupatta " Item code: U100MM12317071, VENDOR SKU CODE: 20FD221, ITEM SKU STRNDUPA33638563, MRP.RS 1699.00.COLOR : Red. My order no.[protected]-7666701. After opening the Myntra package the product( dupatta) was inside the polypack and no any price tag attached with it. The price tag is pasted on the polypack along with the invoice. Now, when I wanted to return it, the courier boy denied to receive it since the tah is not attached with the article. I had request Myntra customercare and sent the snap shot. Still the product is not picked up. While calling the customercare once again I came to know that my request is declined and reason not known to them . I was told it will not be accepted since it declined twice. The way of talking by the supervisor named Anil is very irritating and insulting. I am sending the snap shot once again. I will request every customer to be very careful while receiving package and check it infront of the delevery person and dont accept if the price tag is not attached with the product. I want Myntra should take it very seriously with their vendor and not deprive the customer. Also train the customercare people how to handle customer complaints better and excalate for proper resolutions.

My return and refund is accepted finally. But, still I have a feeling that the initiation taken because of my complaint and escalation. This is not an appropriate approach. I felt very insultant and irritated while talking to Myntra Customercare. They could have easily address the issue positively and promptly. Anyway thanks for the intervention.
