I was having 2754/- myntra credits in my myntra account on 9th Feb 2019. Someone have hacked my account & have used my credits on 10th Feb 2019. On complaining with mytra they denied to help. They are saying the product have already been delivered so we cannot help you in this. If i was having credit in myntra then it was there responsibility to look over the balance. Seems like myntra is only using our balance. I want to file a strict complaint regarding myntra.com for allowing frauds on there website. +2 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Mar 22, 2019 Updated by sanghvipratik2006 Order was delivered on this address - House no.69, Bhondsi, Gurgaon & contact number entered is [protected] - I have called on this number to enquire. The person is saying jo karna hai karlo dekh luga mein (Do whatever you want to do i am ready to face it). Mar 26, 2019 Updated by sanghvipratik2006 Still there is no action taken by myntra. The same happened with me as well where my account was hacked and someone ordered using my 2, 688.04 credit points on 18 July, 19 . He changed the mobile number as well on my profile. Order was delivered on the following address:-

On trying to reach the number, its showing the number doesn't exist.How the Myntra has delivered the order for which the mobile number doesn't exist? Are Myntra personnels themselves involved in this scam?
