[Resolved] Myntra.com — Myntra delivered wrong shoe size | |
Myntra.com delivered shoes size 8 inside box labelled with shoe size 6 on 12 july and after returning it on 14 july they hold the refund amount saying that the product is used what nonsense. Now they are delaying my refund saying we will contact delivery hub and then will process the refund. This is like first doing online fraud and then accusing customer of returning used product.
