Myntra.com — non receipt of introductory offer on first order

At the time of registering, I was informed that, I will be getting a flat Rs.300 off on my first order. I have selected an item which fulfills the condition of the offer. But I'm disappointed when the entire amount is levied against the order without giving introductory offer. I tried customer care no +[protected], but I was unable to speak to the customer care representative. I was asked to register to call back. But that option also was not available on the site.This is a kind of cheating.
If you are not accepting the mail and there is no response from the given phone numbers, please specify whom should I address my problem before proceeding to consumer redressal forums.

The following is the reply I received from the customer support team:

I have placed my first order today and the order number is[protected]-3550103.
At the time of registering, I was informed that, I will be getting a flat Rs.300 off on my first order. I have selected an item which fulfills the condition of the offer. But I'm disappointed when the entire amount is levied against the order without giving introductory offer. I called several times on customer are no +[protected], but I was unable to speak to the customer care representative. I was asked to register to call back. But that option also was not available on the site.

It is therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and refund me the amount promised for placing the first order.
