Myntra.com — order delayed for 20 days but myntra is not ready to cancel and refund

Placed order on[protected] it reached nearest delivery centre on 30th dec(ML[protected]) its been 20 days since but no update after 30th dec on order tracking and following up with customer care since 4th jan still no response and i have been asking them to cancel my order and refund the money even that they are not doing.
