[Resolved] Myntra.com — Order failed at payment but money got debited

I ordered a product (T-shirt) through myntra.com on 9th of april, 2016. Unfortunately, the payment was made but the order was not placed. After following up with the customer care team, it was communicated to me that the confirmation of receipt of payment will be given with 48 hour of order. Further, if the payment has been received then the order will be placed automatically.
I did not receive any further communication even after 48 hours of order. Further, the product went out of stock and the customer care asked me to re order as the order cannot be processed by them. I requested the customer care to provide me with the contact details of the concerned person of the company with whom i could have discussed this issue, but the customer care refused to give the details.
As the amount was debited but the order was not placed, i should had have a priority over the product as the money was collected in connection to the product. The product should not have been sold to other consumer before offering it to me.
This is not fair trade policy and also violation of the sale of goods act, 1930.
Please help to stop such unfair practice which will be for the greater good of the online consumers.

Money not yet refunded back by Myntra. Myntra is claiming that they did not receive the money where as their collecting agent CC Avenue has confirmed the receipt of the amount and transfering the amount to Myntra. Bank statement & transaction details provided to Myntra, still they claim they did not receive the amount.
