Myntra.com — Order not processed and my money sitting in the account for 4 days

Highly frustrated with myntras customer service and unacceptable with your resolution process and tat you follow for your own fault. Best part is asking the customers to bear the brunt.

Placed an order[protected]-4084203 on 7th june and made an online payment of 2477.75 for 4 items. (Was a surprise birthday gift for my husband as he shops with myntra only..)

Received one item on 9th fri, and there was no notification or any updates on the other 3 items. I call up to track my order and agent informs technical glitch and order is on hold, and option given to me (Inspite of knowing i was highly frustrated by now) was to replace the order again (From my kitty again... Omg do they even realise that my money... My hard earned money was sitting in myntra's kitty for 3 days...???)

Spoke to a manager, best part is no option was given except for excuses like "very rare case where the order was stuck and we couldn't release it" oh man... Manager wasn't aware till i called.. Which is strange... And then immediately he releases my order and informs... Money has been refunded and i the customer will have to wait for 7 to 10 working days.. Because its the bank that has to credit the amount now... Blames my banks process... For the delay... (Didn't even bother to give me the easiest option of crediting back as points so that i need not have to wait for 10days)

Why are indian consumers taken for granted always...??? Being a manager he was unable to go an extra mile of giving options of replacing the order, instead asks me to wait for my money to get credited and then shop again.in spite of knowing the seriousness of the situation, i was asked to pay from my kitty again and order for the items.. (By now each item had increased by 50 or 60 rupees.)

All that they can do for customers is refund the money... Give some discount (Which i was least interested as i needed the products i had payed (Which was sitting in myntras kitty) to be delivered on time)

On the whole, my money is in myntra's account earning interest for 4 days and banks are earning interest from my money again because of the 10 day processing. I hope myntra realises the seriousness of having an unhappy and highly frustrated customer due to their fault and comes up with more options to replace a customers order... And treats them fairly and not play with their emotions and money.

If consumers are left with no options we will end up taking it on social media and also take legal action. I as a customer have already invested my money by paying for the internet data to shop and for the product and my time for calling and following up and of all the mental stress i had to go through.

Hoping for a quick resolution... And immediate action on getting a contingency plan in place for your so called "rare technical cases"
