Myntra.com — order return not picked yet and not received refund after requested 4 times

I requested for return of my orders 4 times and that fraud company named myntra didn't pick my return i am suffering from this problem since 11 july.. Every time they create a new order number after 4-5 days. And contionuosly playing gimmick with the customers, if the company capability to solve the problem then why these type of companies are running business continuously. They rejected my request of return by asking that address is invalid but at a time when they delivered this product to me then the same address seems to be valid for that fraud company.

I want my my money back for this unappropriate product.. And company have to pay penality charges for delay
