Myntra.com — provides no tag and declined return order due to absence of tag

Hello,
I've requested a return for an order having the following details

Shoetopia women green solid pumps (Return no. : [protected])

I've received no tag with this product and my return request was cancelled due to absence of tag. This is unfair.
I received a call from customer care but he didn't talk to me as he said i am not audible to him. Even though i could listen him. Kindly take my return request as it is genuine.
