On june 24, i received a package with order id[protected]-0440203, that should have contained two items - one invictus shirt and the other one being an hrx tshirt in orange, but when i opened the parcel, i found that the hrx tshirt was missing. I contacted myntra customer care and it promised to look into the matter by june 27. I received no call on their end and so i called again after 2 days. They asked me to wait until 48 hours and then a message that my claim has been declined after thorough examination. I tried reaching them on call again but i guess they spammed my call. I need my refund, even if that's inr 350. Please help. Never in my entire online shopping experience, i have been dissatisfied by the customer care and a platform not willing to look into customer satisfction such as myntra.
