Myntra.com — refunds not received | |||
I bought pair of jeans on 29.12.2017. They sent the wrong size. So i returned it to exchange for the correct size. Again i got wrong size. So i returned the jeans for refund of my amount of rs. 2164. They refused to return my money and claim that they have credited the amount to what they call "myntra credit". I do not want to buy anything from myntra. I just want the money back. They have got the jeans back but i haven't received the money. Was this information helpful? | |||
